1. What data do we collect?

• Application form data: When you submit the application form: full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, country, and the experience details you share. The form runs on Google Forms.
• Analytics data: Only if you accept the cookie notice, Google Analytics 4 collects page views, device/browser type and approximate location (city level). Your IP address is anonymized. If you decline, no analytics cookies are loaded.
• Server logs: Standard web-server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) for security purposes.

2. Why do we process it?

• To evaluate your partner application and communicate with you,
• To improve the site's performance and content (only with your consent),
• To keep the service secure.

Your data is never added to marketing lists, sold, or rented to third parties.

3. How long do we keep it?

• Application data: for the duration of the review and up to 12 months afterwards,
• If you become a partner: for the duration of the contractual relationship plus statutory retention periods,
• Server logs: up to 90 days.

4. Who has access?

Data is processed only by the WAPI Solutions LLC team. Google (Google Forms, Google Analytics) acts as a data processor providing infrastructure. No other third parties receive your data except where required by law.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR (EU) and comparable laws you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and objection. Send your request to [email protected]; we respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

6. Cookies

The site uses no mandatory cookies. Analytics cookies load only with your explicit consent; you can decline via the "Decline" option in the banner or withdraw consent by clearing your browser data.
